Mike is a shareholder and Chairman of Continuity Capital.

Mike has over 40 years’ experience in the financial services sector in Australia and the United States of America. As a pioneer in infrastructure funds, Mike established Hastings Funds Management in 1994 (sold to Westpac Bank in 2005), where he was also a director of a number of Hasting’s investments including Pacific Hydro, Global Renewables, Utilities Trust of Australia and Australian Infrastructure Fund. Mike’s current and past directorships include the Australian Football League, Australian Sports Commission, Pacific Current Group, Rio Tinto and Victorian Funds Management Corporation.
