Grant is a partner responsible for the investment activities of the firm, including sourcing investment opportunities, due diligence and portfolio management.

Prior to co-founding Continuity Capital, he was a senior member of the private markets group at Wilshire Associates Incorporated, a member of the firm’s global investment committee and led the group’s research program.  Grant started his career as an academic at the University of Auckland and the Australian National University.
